Branded Bites

How it works

From setup to launch, fully handled.

Branded Bites configures your direct ordering website, branded app, Toast integration, loyalty program, SMS and email campaigns, and delivery options. You provide the menu and brand details. We handle the setup end to end.

Setup process

Seven steps to direct ordering.

We handle configuration end to end. Here is each phase in order, from the initial discovery call through ongoing optimization after launch.

  1. Discovery

Before any configuration begins, we take time to understand how your restaurant actually operates. We review your current ordering channels, the fees you pay to third-party delivery platforms, your menu structure, your POS setup, and what your guests do today versus what you want them to do. This gives us a clear, specific picture of what to build and how to sequence the work so it fits your kitchen, your staff, and your customer base.

    • Current ordering channels reviewed
    • Third-party delivery fees documented
    • Menu and modifier complexity assessed
    • POS and kitchen workflow mapped
    • Customer behavior and ordering patterns
    • Revenue and growth goals defined
  2. Brand and Menu Setup

We configure your restaurant's branded experience inside the platform: logo, colors, and the full menu. Categories, items, modifiers, pricing, availability windows, and item photos are entered and organized so customers can browse, customize, and order without confusion. Getting the menu right at this stage means the ordering website and app reflect your restaurant accurately and completely from the moment they go live.

    • Logo and brand colors configured
    • Menu categories and items entered
    • Modifiers and add-ons organized
    • Item photos and descriptions added
    • Pricing and availability windows set
    • Store hours and location details
    See direct online ordering
  3. Ordering Setup

We build the complete direct ordering infrastructure: the ordering website, your branded subdomain such as orders.yourrestaurant.com, checkout flow, order confirmation messages, taxes, and service fees. If you use Toast, Square, or Clover, your menu is imported directly from your POS and pricing is synced so your ordering channel stays current. Both pickup and delivery options are configured here, and QR codes or embeddable ordering links are prepared so you can point customers directly to your channel from day one.

    • Ordering website and branded subdomain
    • Checkout and payment flow
    • Order confirmation messages
    • Taxes and service fees configured
    • POS menu and pricing sync configured
    • Pickup and delivery options set up
    See POS integrations
  4. Loyalty Setup

We configure a loyalty program built around the specific behaviors you want to grow: repeat visits, higher spend, new guest activation, or win-back for customers who have not ordered recently. Earning rules, point redemption thresholds, VIP tiers, birthday rewards, and promotional offers are all configured during this phase so the program is fully ready to reward customers on launch day without any manual adjustments after the fact.

    • Points-per-dollar earning rules
    • Order and visit-based reward triggers
    • VIP segment tiers configured
    • Win-back offer campaign set up
    • Redemption thresholds defined
    • Custom customer segments created

  5. Marketing Setup

Before launch, we prepare the SMS and email campaigns that will drive customers to your direct ordering channel. First-order offers, win-back campaigns, birthday rewards, and launch announcements are queued and ready. Campaigns are built specifically to point guests to your ordering website or branded app rather than a third-party marketplace, so every message works toward growing your direct revenue.

    • First-order promotional campaign
    • Win-back SMS and email sequence
    • Birthday reward campaign configured
    • Launch announcement message drafted
    • Customer segment setup completed
    • Campaign performance tracking enabled

  6. App and Ordering Launch

We launch the complete branded ordering experience with the ordering website going live, the app is published to iOS and Android, and direct ordering links are ready to share. We coordinate the customer announcement plan and prepare staff for the new order flow so the first orders are handled correctly. Launch messaging is designed to move customers from third-party platforms onto your own branded channel from the first day.

    • Ordering website goes live
    • Branded app published to iOS and Android
    • Direct ordering links and QR codes ready
    • Customer launch announcement sent
    • Staff order flow preparation completed
    • First-order monitoring in place

  7. Optimize

After launch, we review what is working and what can be improved. We analyze top-selling items, campaign performance, loyalty activity, delivery success rates, and repeat customer behavior. If something in the menu, a campaign, or a loyalty rule is underperforming, we adjust it. The goal is a direct ordering channel that compounds repeat revenue over time.

    • Menu and item-level performance review
    • Campaign order attribution analysis
    • Loyalty program activity check
    • Delivery performance assessment
    • Repeat customer trend tracking
    • Ongoing configuration adjustments
